Description
This is a special regional standalone edition of Monopoly released for the Italian market in 2015. This collector's edition introduces structural gameplay and layout changes from the standard board: the 4 traditional train stations (Stazione Sud, Ovest, Nord, Est) are purely fictional and non-playable, altering the property dynamics. Additionally, the property hierarchy has been completely rearranged, featuring Genova as the most expensive dark blue property alongside Potenza, while Cosenza and Albissola Marina occupy the brown slots. The game features 6 highly detailed custom pewter tokens representing Italian culture: a pizza slice, an espresso cup, lucky chili peppers, a football, a Venetian gondola, and a classic bicycle.
