Description

Mass Transit is a locally made board game where everyone plays a different Bostonian. Ride the public transportation network to visit different stops and get points. Avoid events like maintenance on the red line to visit stations, earn the most points, and win! During setup, you’ll pick your character and get your initial station destination cards. Every turn you’ll roll two types of dice: one to build tracks (white dice) and one to move your meeple along existing tracks (black dice). Whenever you visit one of your station cards, you can bank the card for end game points and draw another one. Your character will have unique special abilities to help you out and/ or impede the other players. As you complete cards, you’ll unlock higher levels with more movement and events like line shutdowns and other delays. When the draw pile runs out, whoever has the most points from completed station destination cards and their TransitCard secret objective is the winner! —description from the publisher
