Description

Scrawl: Family Edition is a hilarious, family-friendly party game of terrible drawings and disastrous guesses, operating like a visual game of "Chinese Whispers". Each player starts with a silly scenario card, a dry-erase clipboard, and a stack of drawing pages. All players simultaneously draw their assigned scenario before clipping a blank sheet over their drawing and passing the clipboard to the player on their left. Upon receiving a clipboard, players read only the previous player's guess or look only at their drawing, alternating between writing a guess of what they see and drawing the new description. As the clipboards pass around the table, innocent prompts quickly devolve into complete chaos as each player reinterprets the previous artwork. Once clipboards return to their original owners, players reveal the hilarious step-by-step transformation of their initial scenario. Points are awarded by players for the funniest doodles, most ridiculous guesses, or if the final phrase somehow manages to match the original starting prompt. The player who collects the most points at the end of the round or reaches the winning threshold wins.
