Description

Monstrosity! is a monster-building game for kids and families in which players assemble creatures from interchangeable hexagonal tiles representing cores and limbs. Players mix and match parts to complete monsters, with every piece able to connect to every other, and can steal parts from opponents' unfinished creations to complete their own. The game offers three ways to play: a creative building mode, a competitive versus mode, and a jigsaw-style pattern-matching mode, allowing the difficulty and style to suit different ages around the same table. The game originated with monster drawings by the designer's young son, which formed the basis for the game's creatures.
