Light Refreshment

Description

Light Refreshment was an amusing card game published around 1905. The goal of the game is to make sandwiches with a special deck containing knife cards, bread cards and various ingredient cards (ham, eggs, smoked salmon, cucumber...). There's also a bones card which acts as an "old maid" type of card which is to be avoided. To make a sandwich, players must have 2 bread cards, one ingredient card and a knife card in their hand. Each sandwich scores points based on the sum value of its ingredients.
