Description
In Yud!, each player tries to finish the game with the lowest total value of their hidden cards. At the start of the game, players briefly memorize some of their own cards before they are placed face down. During play, they draw cards, replace cards in their display, reveal information, or use special card effects to gain knowledge about their own cards or those of their opponents. As the game progresses, players must remember the values of their hidden cards while adapting to changing information. Because most cards remain face down, memory and deduction are just as important as luck. Players constantly decide whether to improve their own display, gather more information, or disrupt the plans of their opponents. When a player believes they have the lowest total value, they may call "Yud!" to trigger the end of the round. After the remaining turns have been completed, all cards are revealed, their values are added, and the player with the lowest total wins. Yud! is a family card game that combines memory, hidden information, risk assessment, and tactical timing in a fast and accessible format.
