Description

Lumberjacks is a strategy game for 2–6 players in which each player manages a crew of 3 lumberjacks across a full year, structured as 24 rounds tracking the changing seasons. Players compete to harvest timber, invest in their operations, and adapt to shifting seasonal conditions, all while managing limited resources and reacting to events drawn from two distinct decks: the Forest Deck, which governs conditions and opportunities on the ground, and the Sky Deck, which introduces weather and seasonal events affecting the whole table. Players win by building the most successful logging operation by year's end, balancing short-term harvesting opportunities against long-term investment and adaptability.
