In Northgreen, you lead an exciting research project: Make sure forests can grow again in Iceland! To do this, you must effectively manage your own settlement next to the emerging forest: Plant cabbage and tomatoes, and raise sheep and Icelandic ponies. Invest in research and launch promising projects. Find the best way to balance agriculture with forest growth. Northgreen is played over 9 rounds. In each round, you move your worker to a different main action. It’s important to always choose the right combination of main and secondary actions. In rounds with a harvest phase, your animals reproduce and you advance along your research track. In other rounds, you perform special actions during the delivery phase and determine a new turn order. After 9 rounds and about 90-120 minutes of building your landscape and exploring the forest, the player with the most victory points wins!
