Description

Hot Topic is a hot seat challenge where only the coolest minds shine! The aim of the game is simple, give as many correct answers as possible in 30 seconds. During each round, 6 subjects cards are drawn and placed face up on the board. Players then use their 10 firestones to bet on which topics they consider favourable to them. In turn, players draw a letter from the bag, read it aloud and use their 30 seconds to give as many correct answers as possible. Correct answers must start with the letter drawn and match the subject on the card that the players have placed their firestones on. Players retrieve a firestone from the card for each correct answer give. Retrieved firestones are scored and play continues clockwise. The game continues for the agreed rounds or until a player reaches 30 points. The winner is whoever has the most points at the end of the game. —description from the publisher
