Description
Mormagic takes children to Mamopi Island, home of the number-loving Mormels. In this mathematical twist on the classic game of Snakes and Ladders, players race to be the first to reach square 100. Instead of rolling a die, players draw cards that show the Mormels arranged in different positions, such as 'above and below' or 'inside and outside'. By correctly describing what they see, they unlock a number and move their Mormel forward. If a player draws a red-edged card, however, their opponents get to choose their move for them, adding a fun layer of playful strategy. Through this clever mechanism, children naturally build skills in spatial reasoning, number comparison, and expressive language as they race to the treasure chest. —description from the publisher
