Description

Escape from the Silken Web is a cooperative dungeon crawler game inspired by the classic Journey to the West, where spider spirits capture Tang Sanzang. Players take on the role of Tang Sanzang or one of his disciples, overcoming threats to clear a path forward. Each character has its own Equipment Deck and a unique ability. On your turn, you may play matching cards to overcome threats in the Threat Row, activate your ability, or take a rest. Meanwhile, collect as many relics as possible for reputation. There is one critical rule: no discussion is allowed. Success depends on wise card management and an unspoken trust among the pilgrims as the dungeon levels escalate. The game ends when your team makes it to the seventh level. Victory is measured by the sacred relics you have gathered along the way.
