Runes of Ede Expandable Card Game

Description

In this simple, two-player game, players pick one or two factions to play: Mystics (purple), Intellects (blue), Marvels (yellow), or Savages (red), composed of chibi characters. Then they construct two draw decks: a Stockpile consisting of Rune cards, and an Archive of Units and Events. Players start with a hand of seven Archive cards and take turns drawing one rune, which are used to put Units or Events into play. Players then battle each other, losing runes each time they're damaged, the goal being to inflict nine damage or deplete the opponent's Stockpile.
