Nuits Rouges: The Quantum Case

Description

Nuits Rouges is a criminal investigation game in augmented reality (AR) with a free companion App. First, players have to place all game cards (AR markers) & character cards in their indicated locations: on a table, a wall, a piece of furniture. Using their smartphone or tablet, players scan each AR markers to display the room’s 3D objects. This game needs a free iOS/Android application to be played. (It’s simply called Nuit Rouges). There are also character suspects cards and physical documents to find in an enveloppes. It is like an escape game, that means players must resolve enigmas, but also a narrative co-operation game as players need to communicate information collected on objects and dialogues with suspects. There are 2 different levels: The teaser case: it is a 30min trial investigation case to understand the mechanics and how to play the game. The Quantum Case: This is the main investigation.
