Spikers! is a high-tension tactical volleyball duel for two players, designed as a solo project under the SteamWhale studio. In this game, players step into the shoes of coaches managing a six-player squad, where every inch of the court and every point of stamina counts. The game features a unique Inertia and Speed system: as the rally intensifies, the speed of the ball dictates how many actions players can take, forcing tough decisions between positioning, resting, or committing to a powerful strike. With a dice-pool mechanic that includes "Exploding Criticals," coaches must balance raw power with control—pushing too hard might lead to "Uncontrolled Force," handing a point to the opponent.
