Unkraut: Weeds & Wild Growth

Description

Unkraut is a game of dominance between four kinds of weeds in a common garden space. Players draw two pentagon tiles and place one of them on a shared field, building up entangled formations of plants. At the same time players bet on the weed, that they think will be the strongest by simply keeping the other tile they drew secret. Combining bug icons grants players tokens to scores extra points. At the end of the game players turn over their secret tiles and score points for each weed and each bug token. The pentagon shape of the Unkraut tiles lead to a unique gameplay. Alternative scoring objectives for each of the four weeds keep players coming back to this simple, entangled tile placement game. —description from the designer
