雇われギルド (Yatoware Guild)

Description

In 雇われギルド, roughly translated as "Guild for Hire", the players compete in a loosely defined trick-taking game. First, the players set the cards used in the game out in a market, arranging them by their cost, from 0 to 6. Then, the players are given coins, and draft the hand of cards they will use for the trick-taking portion in turn order, paying the corresponding cost of the cards they choose. Once each person has 5 cards, the trick-taking begins. The lead player chooses a card from their hand and plays it face up on the table. Then, the other players each choose a card from their hand and play them face down. Once everyone is ready, the cards are revealed, any effects are resolved, and the winner of the trick collects the cards and leads to the next trick. Players earn points for the cards they collect and the person with the most points after a number of rounds wins.
