Description

99 Balloons is a fast-paced, cumulative set collection game where players predict which balloon colours will become the most and least popular in a shared, public pool. The tension is high because the most popular colour is worth negative points, forcing players to hedge their bets and gamble on the colours they think will end up in the public pool. Players play cumulative rounds until one player reaches 99 points, then the player with the highest points win. —description from the designer
