Word Buffet

Description

Ants are invading the kitchen, heading straight for every snack that’s fallen on the floor. To mark their route, they use words—favoring long ones that let them move faster and reach the food before their rivals. This is going to be a word buffet! Word Buffet is a fast-paced word game where players score victory points by connecting their nest to different food tokens using chains of words. Use your magnifying glass to reveal the letters on the board and quickly find the word that will help you reach your goal. Word Buffet is played in rounds of simultaneous turns, with everyone searching for words at the same time by linking available letters on the board. In the first round, you must find a word whose first letter is adjacent to your nest tile. In later rounds, you can move across the board and look for a word whose first letter is adjacent either to your nest or to one of your ant tokens already on the board. Words may be formed using orthogonally or diagonally adjacent letters, and must be constructed in order. —description from the publisher
