Nguter, Sukoharjo, a village home to hundreds of Jamu Gendong sellers. Jamu is traditional drink from Indonesia that make from various spices for cure health problem. Every day, dressed in kebaya and batik, their hair neatly tied, they walk from house to house selling jamu drinks made from carefully selected spices. In this game, you’ll play the role of a Mbok Jamu Gendong. Your task is to create various jamu that can cure different ailments and health complaints. Each player will hold a set of cards: The front side shows various jamu ingredients such as ginger, kencur, turmeric, temulawak, and tamarind; the back side shows sick customers along with jamu recipes to heal them. Successfully preparing the right jamu earns you points. The player with the most points becomes the winner, and is crowned the best Jamu Gendong!
