Tom Corbett Space Cadet Game

Description

Space board game based on Tom Corbett. Comprises playing board with"Blast Off Control" spinner at center, "Spaceship Hangars - Launching Platform" and four small plastic spaceship playing pieces. 1953 Spin the spinner to determine the number of steps (or special action instructions). Move the ship the number of spaces indicated on your colored path. If it lands on a special space: Green/Blue: Move forward or backward 1–3 spaces (shown on the space). Planet/Meteor icon: Missed mission → Lost turn. Space Academy Training Card: Shortcut to the space in the academy. Once you have completed the colored path and reached Space Academy, you enter the center circle. In the Space Academy area → Blast-Off Ring: You must roll a special indicator (in the form of “Blast Off” or the correct number) each turn to advance a round. Go to Blast-Off Point: Spin a “Blast-Off!” command You win and launch the ship into space
