The Mesta.net

Description

Published by a Finnish vocational association aiming to attract youngsters to the construction & building maintenance industry, The Mesta.net is a set collection-cum-trivia game where everyone starts with two building projects to fulfill. Each project requires three different professionals to hire to work on - an electrician, an architect, and a janitor for example, with some leeway in which exact three you'll need. Five professionals are always available on the display - but to hire any one them, you'll need to give a right answer to a question on the other side of the card related to the professional and their field. It's even possible to steal already hired professionals from a fellow player - but to do that, you'll need to answer two random questions taken from the deck! (Note: This game is somewhat unfortunately named in that Mesta.net on the internet is actually a media service by the Finnish operator Elisa, and does not seem to have anything to do with the game or the publisher.)
