Helpdesk Hero

Description

Helpdesk Hero is a card game where players take on the role of Interns competing for a permanent position in technical support. During their shift (round), a player is assigned a Ticket and attempts to resolve it by playing an Solucion card. Success is determined by revealing the Character who opened the ticket and matching their Ticket Level and the Priority. The first player to accumulate the agreed-upon Productivity Points secures the job. The rest may continue playing, but the workload will remain the same as at the start of the game.
