Description

A two-player card game with customizable decks. Cards feature multiple abilities and combinations, permitting players to explore "the OODA Loop" as a decision-making tool. Victory is determined through 'Will'. Every deployment of military force or combat losses reduces Will while taking the time to care for civilians and casualties (as well as victories) increases your Will.
