Inside the Groove Drag Racing

Welcome to the exciting world of professional Drag Racing ! Inside the Groove Drag Racing is a game that simulates the top four divisions in pro drag racing (Top Fuel, Funny Car, Pro Stock, & Pro Stock Motorcycle). Races are conducted over a 1,000 foot strip. Pro Stock & Pro Stock Motorcycle races are conducted over a 1,320 foot (1/4 mile) strip. For older seasons, all 4 of the divisions will compete in 1,320 foot races. For 1,000 foot races, each race will be split into 5 segments consisting of the Reaction Time, the 60 foot mark, the 330 foot mark, the 660 foot mark, and the 1,000 foot mark. For 1,320 foot races, an additional race segment will be run. In each segment, the driver’s outcome is determined by the roll of two 20 sided dice. The first roll determines if the driver experiences any kind of problem in that segment or has a clean pass. The second roll will determine the split (time) that the driver recorded in that segment.
