Description

Run for the Clan is a chaotic fantasy party game of hidden roles, bluffing, and questionable teamwork for 3–8 players. Each player controls a bizarre hero – think werewolf bard, orc monk, or faery berserker – forged by combining races and classes into over 200,000 possible identities. Your goal: survive the dungeon, outwit the others, and push your clan to glory… or just sabotage everyone else in the most ridiculous way possible. Every round, players face unpredictable events and bosses while using asymmetric powers, take-that actions, and sheer luck to twist the game in their favor. Alliances form and break in seconds, betrayals are inevitable, and the table talk is as important as the cards you play. With hidden information, push-your-luck decisions, and plenty of opportunities to backstab your friends, Run for the Clan is less about who wins and more about how spectacularly things fall apart along the way. —description from the designer
