Description

Laužas is a cooperative, camping-themed game for 3-6 players. Players take on the roles of campers and must work together, telling stories to alleviate everyone's anxiety before the campfire dies out. Each round, one player takes on the role of the reader. They will read a situation written down by another player. Then they secretly choose one of four cards and place it face down. The reader then provides a single clue to help the other players guess which card they have chosen. If all other players correctly identify the hidden card, everyone benefits. Each player gets to remove one of their six anxiety cubes. The goal is for all players to remove all of their anxiety cubes from their personal supply. Players must achieve this collective goal before the central timer, represented by the campfire, burns out. If they can successfully manage their anxiety by interpreting the clues and making correct guesses, everyone wins the game. —description from the publisher
