Description

Battles: Fantasy is a 1-2 player tactical skirmish wargame depicting warfare between fantasy armies. The game features 12 fantasy army unit types, 17 magic spells, 8 magic rings, 4 potions, and 5 battle maps. Campaigns consist of either 5 or 10 random linked skirmish battles. For solitaire players, the game offers an advanced AI bot opponent which makes calculated decisions based on its current situation. Features such as line of sight, 5 terrain types with movement/cover effects, and ranged/melee unit attacks are also included. Features include: 4 Armies: Blue Army, Yellow Army, Goblin Army, and Orc Army. 12 Unit Types: Assassin, Cleric, Fighter, Goblin, Goblin Archer, Goblin Wizard, Necromancer, Orc, Orc Archer, Orc Warrior, Ranger, and Wizard. One D6, two D10, one D12, and one D20 dice are required to play. A dry erase marker is also required. Solitaire or 2 players. 5 minute game setup and breakdown times. Medium size table recommended. Adjustable difficulty based on player's skill level. Total campaign play time is approximately 2.5-5+ hours (depending on campaign length chosen).
