Impulse Dice Game begins by shuffling your 10 character cards. Then, your opponent shuffles your cards and returns them to you. Players decide who goes first, and each player draws 3 cards from their deck. Set the *Skill Crest* and *Action Crest* markers to *0*. Set the *Impulse Level Crest* marker to *3*.
