Αρμάδες (Armadas)

Description

A strategy board game for 2 players released in Greece by MIKA. Each player takes 6 ships of the same color and places them along the squares of one of the two coasts so that they can see the opponent's ships on the board. The ships are moved using dice and the ships are moved horizontally or vertically back and forth, but never diagonally. Ships cannot pass over other ships or islands and when a ship ends up in a square where another ship is in an adjacent point then they have to fight using the dice. The winner is the player who rolls the highest number on the dice and the loser withdraws his ship from the game. The winner of the game is the player whose ship occupies one of the squares of the opponent's coastline.
