Kraken’s Cove is a strategic, memory-driven game where players take on the role of rival captains navigating a treacherous cove in search of fish, crabs, and shrimp. Each player deploys boats to catch sea creatures while avoiding the Kraken lurking beneath the waves. On your turn, you’ll flip sea tiles to catch creatures and replace them with Kraken tiles, making the cove more dangerous with each flip. Keep track of where the Kraken are hiding, because knowing their locations may come in handy for avoiding disaster—or using them to sabotage your fellow captains later! The first captain to catch 3 creatures, regardless of type, wins the game, but the Kraken’s constant threat means every decision could mean triumph or failure.
