Description

Saline is a game of resource management (salt) and placement (carnations).

The story :

We are in the 1770s, in the summer season in the village of Selak on the edge of the Atlantic Ocean.

The season is in full swing and you will have to work hard to become the most prestigious salt marsh worker in the kingdom.

For this, you need to create your saline (salt marsh) by buying carnations (evaporation pond) at the market and place them judiciously to achieve goals.

Like a magician, the salt worker metamorphoses seawater into white gold with the complicity of the sun and the wind ... But watch out for storms that prevent production.

Manage your salt production and sell it at the right time to make a maximum of Liards (currency). Beware of the Gabelle (tax on salt) that fluctuates throughout the game!

Finally, play event cards to improve your strategies. Saline is a game sometimes sneaky, where all the low shots are allowed.
