STREET DOCS! ANGELS! STITCHERS! Whatever they call you, if you’re a medical provider on the fringes, giving care to people who don’t fit into the system, or in places where the system no longer exists, this zine is for YOU! The Street Doc's Guide to Transfem Care is a system agnostic in-character zine for medical providers at the margins in cyberpunk, transhumanist, and futuristic post-apocalypse settings. It will work great with Shadowrun, Cyberpunk, Apocalypse World, Dream Askew, or any other game or setting with transhumanist elements. It provides fictional background on trans healthcare in the future (heavily focused around transfeminine care) and presents new cybernetics and biotech that may be a part of a transfeminine character's transition. Use it to deepen your campaign's world-building or your character's backstory, or to better understand the experience of your transgender character (or just nerd out about the possible futures of trans care).
