Description

A two-player, GMless game that can be played with no prep. This is a game of sensuality and connection between a mythical creature and a human partner. It places an emphasis on intimacy between two disparate people, trying to overcome their differences to be with each other. This is not a game of doomed love. Rather, it is a game about learning about your partner as you try to find common ground. It is not guaranteed to end well, but being able to bridge the gap between you will increase the chance of a happy ending. On a more personal note, this is a love-letter to queer relationships with the monstrous. I've loved inhuman creatures for almost as long as I can remember, though it's only been the past few years that I've realized the relationship between inhuman creatures and queer-coding. I know that the word "queer" is not the right word for everyone, but I can't help but identify with it and all its messy complexities. As such, this is meant to be a game about a queer love story that may or may not have a happy end; you'll have to play to find out what happens. This is also a more romantic hack of my horror game, Things, Eldritch and Terrifying.
