🤝 Inclusive design Inclusive design is separate from a game’s queer labels. It marks games whose design is deliberately inclusive even when not queer-themed: romance or marriage mechanics with no gender constraint, character creation without a forced gender binary, gender-neutral rules language, or table safety tools. Each marker shows where we found it.

Description

You are bisexual, and that is cool. You don’t need to earn points or keep score to validate your sexuality to others. Hi, Bi! is a one-page solo game for fleshing out the backstory of a bisexual character. You can play this with an original character, or using a character from any other game/system. Balance dice in a tower as you try balance others' perception of your sexuality as not straight, not gay/lesbian, but something else. Explore themes of preconceptions, discovery, control, lack of control, and being caught in between. Content warning: this game contains examples of biphobia, a type of queerphobia which bisexual people face from both straight and queer people/communities. Hi, Bi! is about dealing with that biphobia and (hopefully) overcoming it. While the game starts and ends on hopeful notes, it travels through some darker stuff. ~~~ Hi, Bi! © 2024 by Jake C-B (RollForThings) is licensed under CC-BY 4.0.
