Description
You strayed from the path. You gave your heart to the devil. You turned the beggar away from your door. You did something terrible, and now the evil you’ve done is being returned unto you, every second of every day.Maybe, someday, there will be a redemption. Maybe you can be released from your yoke of iron. But for now, when the fire touches you, all you can do is shut your eyes and remember that, in the end, you deserve this. Nervous, tragic, selfish, desperate. The Cursed is laboring under a supernatural punishment for some past transgression. They crave absolution, but their Curse keeps them from addressing their own guilt productively without spiraling into self-flagellation or lashing out at others.
