Drink my sweat, baby, make me bleed!!! Drink My Sweat is a storytelling game for 2-5 about messy attraction and queer, feminine transgression, expressed through the ritualized violence of a fight club. It's designed to play in one session Players work together to create a fight club, and a crew of queer women united by their blistering hotness and excitement about getting punched at said fight club. They'll take turns fighting each other one-on-one, getting progressively more and more messed up–and closer to the freedom of taking what you want, instead of living with what you're supposed to. Inspired by the film Bottoms, Drink My Sweat is a remix and expansion of Sapphic Slumber Party, a story game about queer kids having a pillow fight at a sleepover. Just like in a pillow fight, there's no HP at fight club, and in the end the winner isn't the reigning champ, it's whoever gets the most Messed Up. How to fight The mechanics of Drink My Sweat are simple: issue a challenge, roll a single die to determine the outcome, and then work together to figure out how the fight gets there. Are you feeling cocky after your last win, and you overextend? Are you absolutely determined to impress your crush and it gives you focus? Do you even know how to fight? The game includes advice and tools to narrate your fights, and little twists to help liven up the outcome or zoom in on the aftermath. Then, it's on to the next fight. However a fight turns out, someone's getting Messed Up, and you know what? That's awesome. A game of Drink My Sweat ends once someone gets Messed Up enough to really be themselves in a new way. Your club, your rules In the movie Bottoms, two loser lesbians in high school make a fight club to impress their cheerleader crushes. Maybe your fight club looks like that. Or maybe it's a fully-catered event that gives high-achieving gay girlbosses a chance to blow off steam. Or an informal way for members of an elite fighting league to flirt between official bouts. Maybe it even takes place on the lower decks of a gleaming starship. Players have used Drink My Sweat to tell all of the above stories, and more.
